Dukaan founder seems apathetic towards his users. But GM was never like that. He is user obsessed. Yes, GM doesn’t treat his employees well though (in terms of work, but he pays well and Unacademy used to provide good perks also).
Was it in reference to only how they treated their users? His name came to my mind because of his god complex tbh. Also, no amount of money can justify having to deal with an erratic boss who can fire insult or fire you anytime

Nope. That one is not a secret or he is not a closet narcissist who pretends to be high on empathy.
This one is a different guy. Unlike the usual mould of bad founders, our man has been flying under the radar, really good pedigree to back up his persona, have an entourage of other good pedigreed folks to back him. And he has no qualms throwing people under the bus, making lives miserable. In one of those late late night binge sessions, I happened to see the psycho blatantly enjoy the moment of people who he just did not like (for reasons only knows to him), being cut off from jobs, call it a layoff of course!
