Dunzo is done? 🍿
What happened to Dunzo after layoff saga and no funding crisis. I've to stop blinding thikning "startup are good places to be" this LinkedIn post saying No form 16 is given. NDA for Legal action.
Employees made LinkedIn post. Check screenshot. (Later it was removed. As OP got form 16. CEO (Sumit) reached her about post removal. Checked with op. But other things mentioned are still pending)
Just to sum UP - people who were let go or resigned have below pending
Salary for notice period (some employees were not paid salary for few months apart from notice period) Experience certificates (few of them) Leaves encashment
All in all, FnF is pending completely.
TDS was deducted from the monthly salary but was never credited with the IT department till 29 July. Few ex-employees escalated matters with the commissioner (investigation) of income tax. The concerned office of TDS sent emails to the founder & then was TDS deposited & form 16 generated. They still haven't given it to a few employees.
Dukaan raised 130 Cr in funding & founders are living off of money made by stealing employees hard earned money. On top of that founders have this god complex & treat employees like dirt. CTO (Subhash) is an unstable person & keeps changing a lot of things related to tech stack without any understanding. The CEO gets into a fight with staff over trivial issues & is very arrogant at times.
Even they haven't paid a lot of vendors huge amounts of bills. e.g. They hired some of the persistent system developers for a few months to get some projects completed on priority. The total bill for persistence work was around 1.5 Cr. The founders didn't pay a penny out of that.
All in all - they are just robbing others if the money & living off of it.
Agar inke ex employees inke saare “scams” ke bare me yaha likh de to inki dukaan aur Subhash ek hafte me cancel hojayenge
