Dunzo next funding round?

Anybody has an idea what's happening with Dunzo's next funding round? What are the chances investors will bet on this? Or will it lead to an acquisition?

Read a thread somewhere on Twitter, not sure how reliable but it said something along the lines that Reliance has little over 25% stake in Dunzo & Dunzo cannot raise more money without a cheque from Reliance or permission to issue more shares and raise money. Jiomart/RIL is among the top corp customers of Dunzo, so Reliance might try to squeeze and acquire Dunzo for pennies

From what I heard, while for Dunzo, Reliance is a big client but for Reliance - Dunzo does very insignificant volumes hence they may not really cut a cheque.
