Yes, that is in mind already, Do you have any idea about growth, benefits and other areas?
Most of the companies recently did that.
Or if you have any of the friends working there, can you please ask and let me know?

Let me explain, i spent 3 years on DXC , most of the projects are good and you can learn a lot if you get in touch right people , but dont expect work life balance as workload will higher than average, may find politics based on the project, but only if you are looking for career growth with "minimilistic" hike then you can choose DXC, this year max hike was 12% . Coming to benefits it is work from home , 10lakh insurance , internet reimbursement, if you perform well you get some rewards (electronic accessories) which happens quaterly, promtion is based on number of years of experience you have lets say u completed 2 years , then u will be promoted in upcoming quarter. Variable pay is also too low and payout is like 30% 40% of menitoned vairable. From past two years there was no hike , this year it is 5 to 12% , unexpected layoff/cost cutting happens every year , u are only safe if you are good performer in the team.

You will be credited with 1.25 days of earned leaves every month, if you dont use it then it will be carry forwarded next with maximum forward limit of 30 days, both casual and sick leaves are 12 on paper but if you get into high client project then you wont be able to take leaves often , plus if you work on weekends the you can claim another working day as compensatery off or just can claim overtime based on managers approval....
