What should i expect in my situation?
My Profile Years of Exp. - ( 1.5 Years MNC + 2.3 Years In a Small Startup) Current CTC - 22 LPA I am working as a SDE 2 in this startup and have been a founding engineer for the company. I have built several products from scratch with complete ownership. I have experience in Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, MongoDB, etc. My concern is that i have worked on logic heavy applications but never on big scale since the applications i have built are enterprise focussed. Most of the good startups / MNCs require experience in working with Dist. Systems, scale,etc. My ask is what should i expect in terms of salary in the current market. Is 36 Base achievable ?
36 LPA is very much achievable with your profile. It’s all about how you portray the work you did and the scale you handled.
What you are feeling is imposter syndrome, but you are all right!
