I'm confused
I got an offer from Accenture. It says my Annual Fixed Compensation is 6.3 Lakhs. Variable Bonus isn't mentioned clearly but ranges between 0-21%. 1. Can someone help me understand how much salary I'll get in hand in Accenture? What will be the annual CTC? 2. Also, is it a good time to join Accenture? I heard people talking about random layoffs and all. My current CTC is 5LPA. Also, at the end of the year my CTC in my current organization will be 6LPA.
I have another concern now.
My manager is saying that he'll match the package I'm getting from Accenture but it'll take him about 2 months since I joined the project recently.
But I don't know how much I can trust him.
I mean if Accenture's offer gets invalid till then....
The situation is getting weirder
With 6.3 fixed you'll get around 48-50K in hand per month
But don't think you'll get 21% variable pay... Barely 13-15% ... That too if you're an exceptionally good employee... otherwise 8-10%
My BGV isn't done yet
I haven't received any mail about it as well.
What should I do?
