10k design

I don’t feel confident in terms of my skills as a product designer. I want to work on startups and I’ve seen folks from 10K joining companies like Cars24, Razorpay etc. I feel I need some guidance and mentorship with respect to how to think as a designer. Is the course worth it? If no, what’s the best alternative you’d recommend?

Unfortunately, stuck in a toxic startup which was once a great place to work at, thanks to my previous manager who is a kind soul. Previously worked in a design-centric unicorn. You’re guaranteed to get a designer with great attention to detail, understanding of product sense, an eye for quality visuals, and balances business goals and user needs. 29M , 7 yoe. Have a full time job plus running my own freelancing gig servicing multiple clients across the world

I'm a final year Interaction Design student. With 2-3 years of experience and currently freelancing. I aspire to enter Fang companies with less than a year left for me to grab a decent 6 month internship for the final semester and work there, I currently am freelancing as a UI and Graphic Designer at a startup and I honestly hate it, since I see no growth in terms of work there, and I really want to get into a larger company to get the exposure for growing in my field since it's been stagnant I feel. I would love any kind of advice on the situation and how to go about it to have a better shot at it
