Hi, I'm a consultant who completed their MBA last year. After doing this job however, I'm not sure I want to commit to it for my entire future. I am considering shifting to marketing - specifically movie/tv show kind of marketing. I'd love to speak to someone about it and learn more. How do I go about this switch?

Graduated from NMIMS in 2023- BSc Finance. Interned at some marquee IB firms and startups. Working at an NBFC in an MD's office role- Strategy Consultant since then. Having done multiple projects for the company, I now want to switch to a consulting company where I can have a more diversified set of projects. But the market being the way it is, I'm not able to find reasonably good opportunities on LinkedIn. How do I go about the whole thing then? Would be grateful for any suggestion or referrals.

Folks in Growth and Marketing, how did you guys land your first job? I’m a recent graduate with a digital marketing major and around 9 months of internship experience at 2 startups. For the past two months i’ve been trying to find a job at a decent company with good culture as well as salary. however, i am not able to grab a single decent offer, not even interviews! i’ve tried everything from cold emailing to asking for referrals to applying on various platforms. Tried several mentoring platforms as well but the advices were very vague and didn’t help much. It is getting depressing now and i am feeling truly hopeless as i am living with my parents in a small town with nowhere to go and nothing to do. What can i do? i really need some direction in life right now
