I have got a offer from Pwc India as partner in data and analytics in bangalore they are offering 90 fixed + 40% profits from business Can anybody give me range for partner Pwc yoe 18 , I think the salary is less with 70% travel

Manager in EY GDS BC consulting or KPMG Global Services earn around 32-38 LPA (correct me if I am wrong) I have seen Senior Consultants and Consultants in PwC AC Bangalore and Deloitte USI or Accenture (management consulting teams) earn 30-36 LPA fixed Why is there a huge pay difference? Is it because of the rate cards of the delivery centers? Or due to the talent that they recruit?
