Whenever I scroll grapevine It makes me feel FOMO As most of the people are with very high earning level I know things come with time and experience still in this fast paced world our expectations are quite too high
Only people with high earning salaries flex. Majority are in the same boat as you

I see People getting left and right 100% hike but here struggle to get 20%
( Not comparing , just sharing the point 😂)
This is happening even after having the strong hold on the below :
- Basics are right
- Market understanding is correct
- All philosophy is in place
- Profile is strong

Because only those people will comment about their salaries who earn quite well (maybe to felx?). It is quite similar to people on linkedin.

There would be many people who are just fake-flexing ( they just wanna watch the world burn)..
You do know anyone who earns more than 25k/m is in top 10% of this country, right? That's the situation in here man, grapevine depicts less than 0.001% people. You can't base your life on this! And trust me, you ask the people if they are happy in their lives, most people do the jobs bcoz it pays well and not bcoz they want to do it!
So chill!
Don’t worry. The majority of the flex is the 1% of the 1%. Make enough to have a sustainable growth in career and don’t fixate on the higher compensations. Many of these people have or will become ‘unhireable’ and will have to take lower compensations.
