Go to a psychiatrist and get therapy, and also medication, if needed. Don't shy away from medication for mental-health. They do help a lot.
Lift weights consistently for sustained dopamine.
Once you feel better, think what even if small action can you take to make your situation better instead of overthinking about past or future.
Repeat the process.
Its simple but hardly followed consistently.
