Am I underpaid?
I work in idfc first bank as a data analyst where my CTC is 10 lacs + 1.5 lacs variable. I'm a fresher. I need to know if this is what the standard package range is. I am about to finish a year here and I love the work here but I'll be willing to switch if I'm being underpaid. Thanks!
Idk what to tell you, I don't think the numbers are braggable. I asked this question because competing banks seem to give in and around same pay for same roles. I was relying on Glassdoor though, I was hoping people from City, Amex, etc could confirm it for me.

Data analysts come at different grades, shades and form in the early phase of the career. Assuming you are the creamy layer performance wise, you are on the top end of the band.

Are you underpaid? Definitely not
My salary after 1 year experience was 2.7 lac in 2013. So I don’t think you are underpaid at all. It’s above average
I don’t know about data analytics pay, but if it’s anything close to tech roles, it’s kinda underpaid. Also ignore all these losers in grapevine.
