Need help and support.

Hi everyone, I'm 24F lives in Delhi with my family. I have worked really hard in my college days and in graduating year 2021, I got the job of a General Manager in a Mexican company with 18 lpa . It was a wonderful opportunity with so many responsibilities and I gave my best. But as I was only 21 years old, I couldn't handle the office politics. There was a guy who was always against me and created the opportunity into a mess. So after working there for 2 years, I resigned in 2023. Since then I'm trying to get the same kind of wonderful opportunity where I can really take the responsibilities and get the work done. I don't want to get into official layers of reporting and politics. I peacefully want to take the charge and get the things done. This complete one year from May 2023 is a mess. I really really want to work. Bur recession is there. I am not from a tech background, and started the career into logistics (SaaS based shipping software). I'm reaching out to all of you, to please motivate me, support me, and if anyone is lookikg for a person to get the things done in a smarter way, I'm the one. I'm counting on all of you, I'm believing these days will end. Sun will arise again and I will be on the track one more time.

Best thing you can do is state your designation and Roles in a more detailed way. I don't mean to hurt you bu being a manager straight out of college is bit odd.

Firstly create an account on naukri if not done so, then create a tailored post seeking job referrals on LinkedIn, before posting make sure to network with potential recruiters/founders in your domain of work. Also I believe you're from tech/MBA background, you can opt for diversified roles in which currently there are jobs buy doing some additional courses.
