An interviewer in a company has no knowledge about how Ai works is taking my interview. Help !!

What should I do if the person taking my interview in a company is less qualified ask you some funny questions which are dumb !! I just don't how Indian recruitment works😂😑

Has anyone seen this? I've given two interviews recently The first round was taken by AI. If you stick to Q&A, don't ask counter questions there's no way you can differentiate between humans / bots. Maybe HR can make pixel perfect rangolis in future, TA tasks will be handled by AI only. Put a comment company name if you've given an interview to an AI bot.

Recently I have been interviewed by a company and cleared the first round. Then I had 2nd round of the interview conducted through intervue.io which is a outsourced platform. The interviewer was least bothered to know what I am doing in my current role and how I can contribute to org but only conducted interviews by posting code snippet to solve. Do you think it is right way to conduct interviews? Please share your experience

Anyone here got dirt on Quillbot ? Have an interview with them tomorrow. Really not happy with the shitface recruiter who ghosted twice already but I m desperate for a change. Least I want is to jump from warm water into cold acid.

I have an interview upcoming and want to know whether it will be DSA round or domain specific round. The recruiter is not being clear about it. How do I approach her and ask her what is the first round about? I asked once but the answer has confused me. (interviewing for SDE 2) P.S. I just finished an interview with ServiceNow for a senior software engineer role and writing this up. Anger rushed through my body after finishing the interview for multiple reasons. reasons: 1. The interviewer joined 10 minutes late and he was very lethargic. 2. The questions he asked regarding my current job were very basic and then I realized that he should be fresher or should have 2 - 3 years of experience. 3. After the interview I checked his profile on LinkedIn and he was a 2021 graduate (as I guessed). 4. I don't understand why an organization assigns software engineers (2.5 YOE) as interviewers for hiring a senior software engineer(8+ YOE). It doesn't make sense to me. 5. Then the interviewer asked a basic DSA question, and I gave him the solution, now he was not familiar with the Python language hence intrigued about the implementation of the heapify in Python. I explained to him how Heapify works but still, he could not understand what it is. 6. The part I got pissed off is the interviewer's attitude of him knowing everything. 7. The interview was scheduled for 1 hour and we went overtime, it's okay to go overtime by 5-10 minutes., But this guy is taking more than 20 minutes. He din't have basic ethics of valuing candidate's time. This is not my first interview with ServiceNow, this is my second and I had same feelings in the first interview as well. It's okay for me to not grab this opportunity, but think about someone who is really struggling to get a job during this tough time, because of the interviewer being lethargic. Hope ServiceNow focuses on their interviewing system and improves it.

So I applied on Coindcx website for an open role about a week ago. Their HR “manager” called me after CV review and asked general questions like past role, why looking for a change etc. Then came the CTC part. He said my expected CTC is out of their budget as their budget is like 10% increment from my current role but he will try to stretch to 15%, the next day I called and said since I need to move city as well if you can get upto 20, I am good. His response “lets start the process and then we will see” Next day Round 1. The person join the called and was without camera, even though my camera was on (I always thought its common courtesy to have camera on). From her way of talking it looked she was not prepared or afraid to take interview. There was no introduction, no hello, we straight away went to interview. She said she will ask 1 DSA question, 1 SQL question then some theory. I solved the DSA question, she asked me to add few things I did, now her reaction to this was (I am not able to understand how your code works so I am not sure it will give output). Then we went to SQL question, her question had incorrect values and I had to point it out to her, I solved that as well with some assumptions as I forgot some syntax. She then forgot the actual output and said your output is incorrect then I showed this is what you asked so she was like okay Then abruptly we ended the interview when she said please ask any questions which I asked around work, even that she was not answering correctly. It was like either she was not interested or she was afraid. Within hours I got rejection mail as well. So either because of CTC they did a formal interview (which I am like you can say you are out of budget), or if your interviewer is not good please get it fixed. Will never apply for this company for sure

I got a offer letter from Accenture But in the offer letter the job title is wrong. I did not accept the offer, today was the last day to accept. I already sent them a mail but no reply yet. What will happen now? Can I assume offer letter is expired for me. And start looking for other opportunities
