Early stage startup vs Late stage startup?

Hi everyone, I would really like your opinion or your suggestion based on experience choosing between the two.

I have an offer from an early stage AI startup only done seed stage and have good investors and really good founders.

I am also expecting an offer from a late stage startup which will plan to go for an IPO in 2-3 years.

I am confused as to which one is better, I will get to learn a lot in both but at one place if things work I would grow exponentially, at the other I'll have great senior leaders to learn from.

TC:

I expect both to meet the base compensation.

Other things like PF, Insurance will be clear with late stage startup.

From the early stage startup I expect them to give good ESOPs.

Money, growth, travel. I feel growth will be good in both companies, as for money I might get way more in the early stage by next year if it works. Travel is something I can do with both.

I would like to work on something of my own later, so I don't know learning from leads at a late stage startup is better or figuring out all on my own would be better
