I am pleb level data engineer with experience in analytics . Been around 4 years now been on below average level growth of salary and knowledge . Looking forward to big move but not sure how to approach it. Any advice you got? I feel like i can grasp thing better than my coworkers but that might be because i am in a pond nor a big sea. Any of you feel same?
