Suggest a roadmap for someone who is from supply chain management wanting to get into a IT sector like SAP or Oracle in the same domain with no prior experience in using SAP and Oracle ERP software.

At the age of 32 I want to switch career from electrical background to IT. After some research I want to go to SAP basis, or any other ERP. At this age is it right thing to do?? Plz suggest. I have learnt SAP basis from online and is somewhat good at it. But didn't work professional in SAP. Used to practice from rented servers and dumps. In electrical am earning 40,000 which I think is low and I can't see better future pay than this here. Although the job is stable, pay is very less in this field. Please give suggestions

Hi everyone,i am working in PwC Oracle ERP domain right now and have 2.5 YOE (functional not technical )in the same role but i feel that Oracle ERP is not that great and do not wish to continue further in the same and want to switch to either Data analyst role or to SDE role in big tech.But, I am not sure about my interests and one of the main reasons i would want to switch to the above roles is the opportunities that are present as well because Oracle ERP pay is decent enough but work life balance is not great and when something does not interest you much i feel at-least wlb should be there. A much needed advice from the public would be helpful here if they have knowledge about the scope of oracle and how do i transition and gain relevant skills to Data analyst or SDE while still working in PwC. Would it be a good move to shift from D365 to SAP consulting? Haven't come across any one who has... Please answer honestly.

Hi guys I am working in L3 role at one of the Amazon fresh FC in Mumbai. My job has gotten super hectic since past month. The expectation set by leadership is simply unreasonable. I am responsible for the entire operations that happens in warehouse. They are now asking me to run an entire FC with very minimal manpower which is even theoretically impossible. I feel bad for the blue collars who work under me as they are literally breaking their back so that we can be "customer obsessed" Please help me know how to escape this shit. I am yet to reach the saturation point and when that's gonna hit I am just gonna put in my papers. I deserve better than this. I don't know any programming languages but I have engineering background. I have enrolled for DSA course and have completed only the python module of it. This was two years ago. I am now looking for ERP consulting roles however since Amazon has its own ERP developed I can't get any handson experience with ERP tool like SAP, infor, Oracle etc. I want to transition into a tech/IT role possibly related to supply chain. What should I do now?

So asking , Is SAP hana a good skill to do ( it's scope , learning source / offline or online / certification/ how to apply) or else he should try another thing ?? I am little confused. I am from non tech background, general science graduate to be specific. I am working in customer service for past 2 years. Now i want to move in IT. So i am thinking about learning SAP. But i want suggestion which SAP module would be suitable for me as per my background and also give me a high paying job.
