Benchmarking salary @12years exp

I am a CA with 12+ years exp with Big4s, and some experience with industry. I am at 60 lpa incl variable and want to understand what is the benchmark for ppl in finance functions in retail industries with same years of exp! afew friends in industry earn 10-15 lpa more than me. Am i benchmarking it right or should i stay put?

Can you please tell me what is the average net salary of a person who is having 2-3 years of experience in BIG 4 and Tier 2 and 3 Companies

I am not getting promoted in Deloitte so wanted to see what my options are in big 4 i am yet to receive hike and i got exceptional rating in Deloitte so my ctc might become 24L minimum . I did my internship for 3 years with KPMG, then did 1 year in due diligence and now work in the business finance department of an ecom startup since 1 year My performance has been strong and I'm being promoted to manager. Any JPMC folks around? I keep getting JPMC job emails from Naukri, and they mention salary range of 15-30 lakhs, for experience range of 8-12 yrs (Hyderabad location). I used to think JPMC pays nice, but this looks so low! So why so low range being shown? Are they just trying to exploit the current market situation, or is it actually the usual pay they offer?
