I am getting only 8.64lacs per annum. How to move to IT from BFSI with this experience.

I am ome of the regular corporate employees of India who is earning 3.6LPA in reputed MNC working on Java support. As I need assistance on my career and don't know where to ask, posting here . So below are the options I wanted to do but I am confused where and what to start. 1) Should I upskill more on Java only 2) Should I need to switch to any other domain like AWS, Azure, cybersecurity 3) Should I need to do any other integrated course which will be available in platforms like Upgrad. Why these options means, I need to earn a decent salary par with Industry. These are the random options in my mind and I am unable to choose one thing.
