Best Technology to Learn Now a days

I am currently working and getting paid 8lpa..I am on my resignation period and already completed 1 month...what all skill I should add to gets more call. Skill- DML in sql 2) basic of java 3) Manual testing 4) Playwright with java only worked on smoke,sanity and regression Is this fine with 3.5 year of experience and how much I can demand

I have almost 4 years of experience in QA and manual testing. Currently, I'm pursuing a master's in Data Science and Technology from WILP BITS, which will end in August. My skills include machine learning, deep learning, NLP, building LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain), SQL, and Python. I am also 3x AWS certified. My current CTC is 7 LPA at Cognizant. I'm looking for advice on: Expected CTC for my profile Companies to target Any other suggestions Thanks for your help

Need your help to grow in career. I am currently working on Informatica powercenter ETL, PLSQL and Python. It's been around 3 year I am working on ETL and PLSQL and on python from 8 month. Right now I am thinking of job switch, so still in confusion how can i prepare myself and which technology should I prefer?

Hello All!! Needed some advice with upskilling to further my career in Product Management and add more dimensions to it. For some context, I have 4.5+ YoE in the software industry, primarily functional roles including about 3 years in Product Management. I want to up-skill myself in some hard skills as I think I have decent exposure in soft skills/functional aspects of PM but lack in the former. Have been thinking of the following: 1. APIs (Conceptual and hands on) 2. Data Analysis (SQL to be precise) 3. Low/No Code Tools I have about 6 months before I start looking for a new role and want to add these to my profile so as to land a good job. Please share your inputs and feedback if these would be useful in a real-life scenario and any other suggestions, if applicable. Counting on the advice and thanks in advance :)

I am ETL Tester with 7 years of experience in manual testing .Recently i switched my company . My last drawn ctc is 11.28 LPA and my current company is giving me 20LPA plus 50k bonus. My location is Hyderabad. Is my experience and skill is getting correct salary?
