Are the salaries true?
Hi all, I see salaries of. 3 or 5 years experienced here touching 35 lakhs. Is this true? Or is this true for locationa like Bengaluru?

Yes very easily almost all my employees make ~40Lpa. The team is quite small :)

Participation bias, people who are proud of their salaries are more likely to share their salaries. So you only see people who are getting paid well.
I see every batch fresher keep getting better salaries than before so it’s no longer uncommon
