Bro you don’t get ownership within months. You need to have a track record which is not possible with these many switches.

Bad idea to continue doing this. Start by staying in your current company for more than 12-18 months.

That's when you start building credibility, trust and relationships, which encourages leaders to give you roles with more leverage & impact.

If you keep jumping, you have to keep going through that cycle of building credibility over and over again, which is one of the things happening in your case.

Frequent switches are not good from a problem solving or a skill set growth perspective.

Unless you stay at a place for atleast 2 years, it would be very difficult to solve interesting problems that they might be facing. Make strategic jumps once a while for salary and Role changes but then try to learn all you can from a place before moving on

The first company should be switched within a year definitely, the other can be done every 2.5 to 3 years. Depends a lot on work, and vesting of shares. But if work is not nice, leave immediately. There is no point in wasting time and it will worsen your skills.
