Hey everyone, I'm heading into the last round of an Engineering Manager interview, and salary talks are on the horizon. Any quick advice or tips you could share?

If you are looking for salary at manager level, you are in the wrong place. The right question to ask is are you able to make a 5x impact since your current role (I presume IC). Rest will follow. Remember, the engineering manager value is in his team and its execution only.
Had been interviewing with Ola and have my final round next week which is, as the title suggests : Managerial/Tech round of 30 mins.
I'm an SDE2 with 4+ YOE and have never prepped for such rounds. Any suggestions would be welcome.
