EPAM system vs. Deloitte USI

Hello People,

I have around 4.5 yrs of experience and received two offers, EPAM systems and Deloitte USI.

Tech stack - AEM with Java development

EPAM offers better compensation compared to Deloitte.

Which one would be good, according to you guys?

P.s. Share whatever you know good, bad, pros, cons.

Location is Pune for both.
