I am being offered 30% of CTC component as ESOPs (1 crore liquid pay + 30 lakh ESOPs). It's a Series B consumer tech brand.

Not enough imo. At that liquid pay in Series B, you can surely ask for 100% of that in equity.
This. Series B means exit will on an average be 2-3x. You can negotiate for more.
Khoka base pay means director level at least, you should be having more of your compensation in equity
