Even if it is for LinkedIn, this is how it should be!

Sab chu hai linkedin pe. NM didn't mean working 70 hours in Infosys, grow up guys. Think before you conclude. He meant we all have to work really hard if we want the nation to grow, it could be 7 hours of office work and 5 hours of some side hustle or anything in total, do whatever you like to build nation or which will help in some way, spending hours on GV doesn't count

What a take @KoolCoder

Agree so much with this. If people just move ahead with this (or don’t, just work 8 hours but don’t create a fuss in the extra 6 hours), our nation would progress

People just follow the news propagated on social media like instagram etc , they frame the headline so to get maximum traction and suddenly all the kids start bashing NM, forgetting he did achieve something in life, in fact I have seen infy employees doing the same.

Nah. It’s just for linkedin. Often founders feel they own you as if you’re a slave becuase THEY are paying you and you can’t earn for yourself. I’ve witnessed this first hand several times.

Agreed. His employees will tell the actual story

I don't think this makes sense Unless he does not give any ESOPs to early employees, in which case it makes sense

You work disproportionately when you're early at a startup because you earn disproportionately if it works out (cuz you got early ESOPs)

It makes sense coz he runs a marketing agency. Had it been a product, things will be very different for obvious reasons

Idk about him or his company. But I do agree, you can't expect employees who don't have enough esops in the company to work more
