This is after making the whole company work on min. 4 weekends and late nights before the Sale. It's a comp-off at best.

Bhai 11-12 is a weekend. 13th is a holiday for Diwali in a lot of companies. 15th is Bhai Dooj, 18-19 is again a weekend.
Long weekend pe 3 days off deke hero bann li Meesho. Read between the lines.
They did the same last year as well. An Indian company giving an org wide week is something which is indeed commendable. I don’t think of any other company doing something like this for the employees.
Vidit as a CEO is very much appreciated. Really hope Meesho does something big and is able to survive in the long run.
hey it is common to give org wide week holidays , sometimes they are from the leaves , sometimes from the company. this is very common . We had this multiple times
In that case, I am the unlucky one.🥲 On the contrary, my company sends an explicit mail to Relax and Recharge by applying our own earned leaves on Darwinbox. 😂
