New season will have many new sharks along with old ones. Is anyone still watching, I lost much interest after S1 and ashneer departing
I somehow feel shark tank India has done more harm than good for regular school going youth.
Social media generation Kids were already like mah lyf mah rules, xyz billionaire was school dropout, single paper can't dictate my future, drama. Now they've new goal to come in shark tank, become entrepreneur without even clearing class 10th math exam, having zero actual understanding of logic, just by learning few buzz words defination from tv.
School Education toh basic need hai, those who've made it big despite no schooling, don't preach the success is due to skipping school.
Do you really think a show will change the way youth takes the career decisions?
They do have a strong impact on one's view of the world, especially young kids.
Each âsharkâ is doing all this (TV, podcasts, interviews, general media presence) for their own brand - itâs a mainstream trend now. doesnât matter if youâre company has made a penny or not, have a brand, give some gyan and bank on our billion to give you likes and subscribes to your social media persona -> more money in your pocket + good perception among VC friends to raise more
Exactly, many of the promised funding don't even convert. It more of personal branding.
Learnt that emcure is going for ipo now. She can now be the face of the company and ask for more stakes too.
Stopped watching after SontLiv started showing ads every 5-10 mins

Is it the new Realty tank? Iâm confused after seeing the initial promos and clips. Some showing off with âdialoguesâ in pitch, while others trying to catch attention using Credit scores.

I almost missed that the season even got released. This is strange, cuz it's a show I am excited about and they have super famous people on it. I don't see it much on any mediums (insta/LinkedIn, etc.)
