What kind of shady stuff?
I've read articles hailing Malvika Krishna's business sense and how she was able to take over after her husband's death reduce CCD's debts so quickly
How true is all this? Is it really as filmy as it sounds?
Not so much. The CFO who also plays the role of CTO was her husband's right hand man. Jayaraj.
He's the main guy who helped do the shady dealings when VG Siddhartha was around.
He's now helping Malvika salvage the situation, while lining his own pockets in the process
They are selling assets, look at public reports. Nothing extraordinary she’s doing. In fact, with all new age coffee shops, CCD sucks on innovation.
How was VG Siddhartha’s wife Malavika Hegde able to pay off the debt? Political capital? :)
Most of the vendors and partners were basically asked to eff off. Many vendors had crores in pending dues. They filed cases in NCLT, but with political clout they got all of them thrown out. Now they're playing the Woman card to get lenient terms from lenders.
Friday murder mystery stuff 😂
