Those who got recruited / rejected by EYGDS - anybody wants to share any negative experience about the recruitment process?
During my recent post interview interaction with EY HR, I had a horrible experience! They’re insanely inhuman and disinterested in your concerns. All they want is to close position and fulfil business needs! However the role and my experience interviewing with the panel from business was very nice. Now I’m on fence, whether to join or not 🫤 Suggestions?
Also you would be working with the hiring team and not the HR team. Ignore the noise and if you feel joining EY will add value, go ahead and join.
I have quit my job at EY in Jan 2024 and my experience was horrible. I will never go back again. However, I would also like to say that everyone's experience is different. Few of my colleagues had a completely different experience. Also, in your case, you need to work with the hiring team and not the hr eventually. If the interviewing panel was nice, and you like the profile, pay and everything, then you may give it a shot.
EY is the most inhuman organization I have ever seen.
They have 10 other candidates for the same position. It is not a employee market anymore.
