Hey guys One of my friend is fired with 7 day PIP. He was working in a Service company NeoSoft. It has 4000 employees and labeled great place to work. They fired him with 7 day PIP and no salary even for days he worked in december. No compensation. 1 day notice period. Most of the people just keep adding so many irrelevant pictures to their posts!! I mean what do they get out of it. If it’s anything to do with regards to the picture, I understand. Other than that, it has become a trend to add photos to the posts. They say they will have greater reach and greater views. It’s so annoying. I don’t understand the difference between Instagram and LinkedIn. Most of the time I feel Instagram is better than LinkedIn. All these so called entrepreneurs have also started doing this shit and feels 😖😣

Seems like since last year the focus of government has shifted from actually making beneficial policies to enable innovation and growth of India to just collecting taxes blindly. They just want to harvest tax in as many ways possible and kill the middle class person. First it was crypto. Then us salaried individuals started receiving notices. Then they levied 28% GST on online gaming. Now they are also checking proofs for HRA allowance and other stupid stuff which wasn't done before. I was wondering why there is a sudden increase in such incidents? Is the government hiding something? Are they running out of money? Or are they just smoking weed just like us and making stupid rules?
