MBA or what, after doing ~2y of content moderation?

Hi there ! Currently I am working in Department of Media as the technical editor. I transitioned into this new avenue because I am from Chemistry background and have 2 years of industry experience . I didn't got job for long 4 months after leaving my previous company. I want to get into managerial role. Should I pursue MBA ? Online or drop off my current job.

I'm a Tier 2/3 MBA grad (not sure if it's 2 or 3), but central university Recently my contract was terminated and have been spiraling since then. Even considered taking up intern roles. No reason tbh My position is comfortable as expenses are limited and have about 6 months of funds. On hindsight, I think it is a great opportunity to flip my story, to never be in such a position But brain feels fogged, really want this MBA brain to be put to work Can you help?

Hi Guys , I am currently looking to start my online MBA from manipal. I need advice on the same whether it helps in my career or not .( The ultimate goal is to either start my business in 5 years or go abroad and work in a MNC). I am 23. But job is not ment for me tbh 😔. Have a business background but it's not stable that's why joined corporate for get some money for ok life. I need some advice. 1. I am a fresher and am considering giving the CAT exam this year. 2. Currently working as a data science intern and frankly, not enjoying it a bit. I dread debugging. I also feel everyday that AI can easily do 75% of my work. 3. I want some business side roles, thinking I won't have to stare at a screen all day, fixing bugs. What roles can I expect after doing a MBA, is it worth the extra 2 years and the money, and if you are someone who can relate to my situation, what are some of the things you enjoy about your work and some things which you absolutely hate. I might have completely wrong expectations, so please feel free to correct me.

Hi I am currently at 1.5YOE earning around 60-65k appx I am getting opportunities to do an MBA in tier 2 colleges like IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur, IIM Nagpur etc Should I consider them or should I take a drop for a Tier1 MBA or should I continue to grow workex and switch in IT domain only ?

advise for growth/ further education hey folks.... I did an MBA in 2009 from a tier 2 college. worked in startups and established companies in marketing and communications roles. now hit a wall in terms of pay, growth and future prospects... thinking of doing a second mba or a data science course. what do u guys think... other info: I'm 39 years , and can't afford to stop working beyond a year.

Engineering grad. Transitioned into marketing right out of college. ~2 years of experience. Started out on a shit pay, currently underpaid but getting good exposure and learning a lot. This was a conscious decision as I am focused on learning, growth and personal development. Feedback is, I have made massive professional progress in the last 1.5 years and the company too (at my request) is giving me more agency to explore and diversify my skill set. This means; mainly more responsibilities, a few operations related decisions & tasks and a few sales calls and client presentations. I work at a very small startup and I feel, despite having the opportunity to learn here, the environment or mostly the pay is too shit/low. I am already a star employee here and I feel it would be a good time to switch, to be amongst a group wherein I can get more challenges and opportunities. Of course, a higher pay would be wonderful as well. While, job switching is an option, I am also thinking about doing an MBA. I feel if I can build upon this momentum and get into a good college - it would negate years of grind that I would have to put (in the current scenario). I really would like you good people to analyse my situation and help me out, please. TIA.

I want to move abroad in most likely hood and I was pondering if I should go for an MBA. You'll know my dilemma at the end. Tad bit about me: Professionally: 3YOE 55 LPA xash SPM in a series C company with 1 promotion every year. Worked at 2 orgs in similar space Acads BTech from tier 3 college 9.1 CGPA Interned at an NIT and Ferrari in Italy (onsite) Couple of international scholarships + talks + active coder Financially NW > 1cr liquid Side hustle makes >2L PM and increasing MoM Target school Stanford GSB Wharton UCB Chicago booth Now, the dilema is that professionally and financially im doing okay but I'm not sure about how things are in India currently. I don't want my fam to be subject to the life i had(we can debate this later on) Now, for folks who did MBA or knows someone who did similar stuff, please help me out No negativity please 🙏🏻

I'm 27, I've got 3 years of experience. 2 pre mba as a software developer at a US MNC (financial sector) and then total 1 year experience post mba (top 5 bschool India) as a pm. I quit my job for 7 months post mba to pursue entrepreneurship with an accelerator. Due to recent experiences, I've kind of had it and want to explore opportunities abroad. I know the MS route is the most common but back then I couldn't have afforded it. So I got a master's here because I got a good bschool. Now I'm feeling I'm stuck here, so for anyone who's managed to successfully move abroad post mba in India. 1. How did you do it? (Except internal transfers) 2. How many yoe did you have post mba? 3. Did you take a hit in comp (PPP basis) I am currently making 33lpa fixed + 6-7 in bonus/esops etc. I don't speak any foreign languages. What are my options? Do I have any options?
