Eyes protection
As we software developers have highest screen times. How will we protect our eyes. I can feel my spectacles number is increasing year by year. Lenskart does provide Blue lens to protect from screen but is it effective? Which lens you guys use and does it help in protecting eyes?
I have been using Lenskart blue lens for more than 5 years now. And my eyes are totally fine. And I am literally always on the screen. So, all in all, highly effective for me

@splender, if you don't want to use specs then better to use a screen protector in your laptop/desktop... just make the main culprit wear the specs instead of you wearing π
Does it work? Also is it available for mobile and laptop both? But I bet it will be more costly

Use flux software to reduce blue light from screen. It adds a yellow filter and you can customise it according to your time of day/schedule.
Blue light protection on glasses is must.
Also try and reduce screen time. Take frequent breaks from screen. Use automation for manual tasks.
