Be kind to others - not referring to going out of the way to help others or anything.
Just know that everyone has his / her battle to fight, insecurities to manage, IQ to live with. Everyone if trying to optimise for himself in the way they think itās best for them. It may not even be right from your vantage point.
By holding on to grudges or having high expectations of how others should / would / could behave, one is only going to be disappointed if not frustrated.
Next time you get angry because of somebodyās actions, just let them go, forgive them for your sake and be kind for your sake. You will feel better.
I didn't know we had 40 year olds in the community. How does the health decay past 40? Any areas that are sure to deteriorate? Eyes, knees, etc.

In my opinion, your body first starts becoming more sensitive to changes. For example, eat that extra samosa, and you will have that stomach upset you have not seen before. You could always eat an extra samosa, but now you find that you can't anymore. And so on...

1. Nobody cares about you. Maybe your siblings and your parents but thatās it.
2. Stop telling everyone about your problems.
3. Learn to say no.
4. Address your health issues as soon as possible.
5. Invest in yourself as much as you can: gym, doctors, clothing, perfumes, healthy food, etc.
Start working out. It's not only about going to gym. You can walk for 30 mins, play a sport or even run. Take care of your body.
Reading this on a post dinner walk. Take care of yourself. Body catches up sooner than later.
Indeed. One should start taking care of their body irrespective of what their age is. Physical activities are not only good for physical health but for mental health too. I urge everyone reading this to start doing some sort of physical activities to keep yourself fit.

Emotions play a huge role in the disease. Autoimmune/depression/anxiety develops with emotions stored in the body.

Yes, after a certain level, you are expected to talk to grow in the carrer ladder.
U earn CTC of 50l...there will be another person with less or equal experience earning more than you ...this happens in most of the organizations...this is the truth of life....velocity is always relative...

1. Comparison is the thief of joy.
2. Instagram is a filtered world. Will always make you question your status quo.
3. Girls have lots(order of thousands)of options than us boys do. Getting one healthy relationship is a rare thing for us.
So just focus on your networth and network. Enjoy life going on trips with your tribe.
Would like to add upon the Instagram thing. I've seen a lot of 100k+ "influencers" in Blr. Almost 95% of them looks like a normal person that we know. Everyone post their best and filtered version on social media.

Don't share your problems. You'll never get better from depression/how you feel or moving on from your love of life, you'll have to learn to live with it
College and degree matters.
I mean when we choose streams after the 10th we should get consulted about how the job market is out there for each degree and college. Just a basic understanding can do a lot.
