ESOPs
I am being offered 30% of CTC component as ESOPs (1 crore liquid pay + 30 lakh ESOPs). It's a Series B consumer tech brand. Are ESOPs still a thing? What should I do?
Might reject take bigger chunk from esop pool ask for 60l esop. Also depends on valuation but always take a lot of equity for yourself if the shit hits fan sell it and exit

Not enough imo. At that liquid pay in Series B, you can surely ask for 100% of that in equity.
This. Series B means exit will on an average be 2-3x. You can negotiate for more.
Khoka base pay means director level at least, you should be having more of your compensation in equity
