Hi guys I would like to get feedback on below ideas 1. Personalized preparation for your dream company 2. Salary negotiation as service What are your views on these I know there are ample resources available for these but have not seen any structured product/platform which offer these services.

For 1, seems feasible if you work at one of the top companies.
For 2, how exactly would this work? Will be on call when candidate is negotiating with HR and the candidate repeats exactly what you say? Seems interesting for sure.
Also, how do you plan to market and find clients? That's the biggest thing.

Agree but do you think there is need, I know both of them are very operationally heavy and will be run by SMEs
Salary negotiations can happen when one side has a upper hand. Purely thinking from supply demand equilibrium I feel in India, we have much more supply, which is many more people who are ready to join a particular role like for example, a role in PhonePe will have like 500 applicants, even if someone gets selected they wont any upper hand in terms of negotiation.. and your solution caters to supply side.

#1 main challenge is in scaling it, yes initially focus will be on top companies although I believe everyone has dream company and the range is from FAANG to WITCH.
#2 more of negotiation training this will include lot of other things (like providing them the market benchmark very narrowed one to the point benchmark)
