Why arent there any IT companies in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh?

I am from Madhya Pradesh Indore. Recently I relocated to Pune. There are very big issue of power cut. I never seen Power cut issue in Madhya Pradesh not even in village area. Earlier, Madhya Pradesh had been devided in chhattisgarh. At that time all the sources of electricity were consumed to chhattisgarh. But Madhya Pradesh government has developed many power plants or now Madhya Pradesh provides power to many state. I think now in Madhya Pradesh Indore city is very developed city in industrial/corporate.

What is the quality of software engineers working in cities like indore, Chandigarh, jaipur, Ahmedabad etc. Are they really good or companies running at these places are just for namesake???

I am seeing that lots of IT companies are opening their second office in Indore, MP. This is strange to me. Any clue?

Rahul Gandhi in a rally says this : "The youth who are unemployed and watching Facebook Instagram reels today will be given ₹1,00,000 khatakhat khatakhat!" Now, I don't know how can someone be an advocate for this kind of statement? I know this won't happen but at least give a proper reason. He is literally saying watch reels and earn. I really feel privileged that TikTok is banned after hearing this from a leader who is trying to become PM of our country.

I know a lot of companies are hiring for roles with competitive offers that are in sync with Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Why not stay away from metros given the right opportunities? Would love to hear your thoughts.

As a employees it is very challenging to stay out of the cities, if IT companies comes to Vishakapatnam may of the Andhra Pradesh folks who stays in different cities by leave hometown it would be very helpful for them as well. It would be a very better helpful to Employees , in order to work with more dedication and hardwork. Please anyone help me with this, when Hi-Tech companies will start coming to Vizag?
