I need therapy like badly . but I was looking online they were charging 1 hr 2000 rupees . I can't afford that much. Please provide any affordable therapy options or free options . I can spend max to max 500-700 per hour

I did this program called inner engineering and it changed my perspective of how I look at life. https://isha.sadhguru.org/in/en/inner-engineering. I would recommend trying meditation if you are not keen on taking this up. IMHO , therapy sessions dont work in the long run, they have a financial interest in making you keep coming back to them .
