28/M - Have a complete desk job and odd hours of working (US PST Hours). Been feeling burned out and stressed off late. Completely out of shape. BMI high, Did a blood test recently and results are looking worrisome. New to Bangalore, Looking for some suggestions/connections to a good personal trainer and gyms. Found a lot of local gyms but don’t think I have the motivation to get things started on my own, so a good PT and gym would really help. I’m based near Malleswaram and don’t mind travelling 5kms around. Any suggestions or connections in your networks would really help.

I have found a nice place in J p nagar . The only problem is that my office location is Bellandur. Will it be convenient for me to travel from Jp nagar to Bellandur thrice a week.

I have been suffering from work related anxiety for the last 3-4 months. I have recently started taking medications for it. I am supposed to move to Bengaluru as my wfh has ended. My parents think it's a good idea as it will help change my environment. I am wondering if it's a good idea to share about it at my workplace with my manager/superior. I know it's subjective, but still. Because I am worried this has started to affect my performance. Also, I am a talkative and emotional person and may end up slipping these things anyway.

Hi everyone, So in the week, I’m chill in office but on the weekend , I’m completely lonely and I live near airport because office, and I don’t have enough money to afford a vehicle and the whole clothes washing drying takes up the whole Saturday cause living in a pg. I’m on the verge of crying every Saturday night and Sunday and felt like a dead person throughout. Sunday I’m coding cause looking for a job change and parents about to retire.
