Thinking of moving to Bangalore

Planning on moving to Banglore from Bombay,pretty confused. Peeps who moved to Banglore recently need some thoughts around how it's turning out for you? TIA

I'm currently in the growth marketing field and based in Delhi. I've recently received job offers from both Mumbai and Bangalore, and I'm trying to decide where to move. I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences about living in these cities. How is living cost and social life there? Do suggest me on the same, will be moving in next month, need expertise on the same.

Looking for areas with good gated societies. Shops and basic amenities nearby. If possible near metro stations. Currently living in an area which is making me question whether I even want to settle in Bengaluru. Are all areas like this?

Hello peeps, I'm relocating to Bangalore early June. My office is in central Bangalore near Vidhana Soudha and my wife's office is in Marathahalli. I'd be commuting thrice a week and she'd be commuting twice a week to office. What would be an ideal place to live for us? We'd prefer living in a gated community.

I am moving to BLR next month. I want to have some advice from people already livin there. I will be working near Indiranagar and am in the middle of figuring out the best place to stay. I am confused regarding both the area and kind of stay. Kind of stays: CoLive/PGs or 1RK/1BHK Area: Near Indiranagar, Domlur, Embassy Golf View or areas which come near Purple Line i.e. Kadugodi, HopeFarm, Hoodi, Kundalahalli, SeetharamPalya. Would really appreciate it if you could give suggestions, provide any sort of leads or even share your experience.

Hi Folks, I am shifting from Mumbai and my office is in Bellandur. The properties at Bellandur are old and most dont have Kaveri water supply. Any suggestions what will be the best area for me to set base.

Let's face it, bangalore is expensive, in terms of value for money. There are so many infrastructure issues. Travel issues etc But at the same time, Bangalore is the major leagues for tech in India. Events, meetups, startups all are prevalent mostly in Bangalore. Given all this, and having a choice on where you wanna stay, what would you choose? 1. Bangalore 2. Other city? 3. Lead Nomadic life, Travel around city to city, state to state, country to country?

Bangalore's infra has been crumbling under the weight of its population growth. I believe that yesterday's traffic jam was just a trailer and situation will only worsen with time. Seriously contemplating moving out of Bangalore after being here for last 5 years. People who moved out, where did you move? And are you happy now with your decision ?
