Anyone handling Group Medical Insurance at their company?
How do you check/ rate what is good and what is not?
We are planning to use Plum as the Group medical insurance provider. Any feedback on the company.
They make the process kind of simple But the company is plagued with sales folks and account managers who will try to fool you at every nook and corner of the process
I've never had to make a claim, so I don't know about the process. I just feel it's a moderately crooked org in a world of extremely crooked insurance companies.
But as a startup I would still go forward with it to save time
Used it once and hated it. Pretty bad app
My ex company used to provide health insurance via Plum.
Loved it when I had to use it for a small surgery for parents. Their team was incredibly helpful when I was in the hospital and ensured the promised claim is settled smoothly.
Have used other insurances never had someone so empathic as Plum.
How do you check/ rate what is good and what is not?
