We had plum in my previous organisation. It was really good. The claim process was also hassle free according to my colleagues who went for surgeries. Would definitely recommend them over the traditional ones.

One more thing, internally they partner with ICICI Lombard, Care and others for the services. Main thing was our HR really liked the simplicity of it
