I got a mail titled - Accenture Documents Requirement - Intimation about non-submission / Discrepancy. They have asked me to upload a PF statement. Few days back I got a call from their team and they asked me to send the FORM 16 for my previous organization. I sent the PF statement also. After 2 days they have sent this mail. No one is picking the call, HR, BGV team.

Hey, I graduated in June’21 , and joined a company but then I got a better opportunity and joined another company in December’21 and resigned from my current company in December’21. But the new company wanted immediate joining and I had to join the new one and I was also serving notice in period in previous company. So this led to 2 months overlap in my epfo history which is now affecting my BGV when I am trying to switch. Please help the fellow lady techie, as I have no idea what to do :(

Hi All , I am facing issue in PF details of previous organisation. In EPFO account PF history DOJ should be 2015 but there is mentioned DOJ and DOE both are same due to this 3 companies declined my offer with reason “discrepancies found “ . Meanwhile I have requested to previous organisation for correction but it’s been 7 days no response. Please 🙏 I need help if someone have any idea that how it can be resolved it will be really really helpful for me . I am already serving notice period and offer I got is on hold due to this issue .

Hey guys, I left my previous company on Mar22. I accumulated sizeable pf amount. Then I made a switch to new company. In may22, i get a message from PF that they are auto transferring my previous pf balance to new pf account. However, i now realised that my amount had been deducted from prev account but never credited to new account. Can anyone please help?

Currently working in service sector 4.3yrs of experience and 3.26lpa is my package. Since I am from bca background they put me in bps (bpo). Currently working in react project. Now got selected for a product based company for 8lpa. In 4.3 years I took 2 years leave without pay for my higher studies and returned back to same organisation. The problem is I didn't inform this to new organisation. They have initiated my bgv. Really afraid will they find this out and revoke the offer? They asked me to submit my pf passbook . Is it okay to submit my 6 month payslip as it also contains the pf details?

Hi Guys, I am currently working at a startup and was previously working at an IT MNC for 3 months. I was put on the bench and laptops/assets were not even delivered for 2 months of requesting. When the assets arrived there was 3 weeks of compliance and regulatory training before which my position was eliminated as a result of business restructuring and downsizing. I got my startup offer (strategy type role)by then and I resigned from the IT firm with proper reliving letter and fnf settlement. I have now got an offer from a boutique consulting firm(after working in my startup for around 6 months) . I have however not mentioned this IT mnc in my resume at all since I did not gain any kind of work experience at this firm and it was not adding any value to my resume in terms of the types of roles I am looking for, I wanted to keep my other internships and startup tenure as they were more valuable. Is this going to cause an issue if I undergo a bgv process in my new firm? Should I submit my IT firm service certificate during bgv at new firm? .I have all the proper exit documents and there is no overlap of employment anywhere. Please advise. I am a 2022 pass out.

I resigned from Capgemini as I got the offer. I was very excited to join the new organisation. When I joined the new organisation in there BGV process they found service overlap. And then they asked me to resign. Now I got to know that every IT company is checking service history in EPFO portal. Will I consider my career is in danger?? I'll not get any job now in IT ? Before Capgemini I was absconded from one organisation and that is causing and service overlap with Capgemini in EPFO. I am the only source of income for my Family. Please suggest what I can do in such scenario ?

Is it okay to provide last 3 months payslip for pf contribution verification for bgv? New company has asked for my pf passbook. I don't have that since my company is exempted from that it manages its own pf. Can anyone please let me know? Will bgv check the whole pf contribution I made for my 4.3 yoe?
