UAN/PF mismatched

I resigned from Capgemini as I got the offer. I was very excited to join the new organisation. When I joined the new organisation in there BGV process they found service overlap. And then they asked me to resign. Now I got to know that every IT company is checking service history in EPFO portal. Will I consider my career is in danger?? I'll not get any job now in IT ? Before Capgemini I was absconded from one organisation and that is causing and service overlap with Capgemini in EPFO. I am the only source of income for my Family. Please suggest what I can do in such scenario ?

Hey guys, I left my previous company on Mar22. I accumulated sizeable pf amount. Then I made a switch to new company. In may22, i get a message from PF that they are auto transferring my previous pf balance to new pf account. However, i now realised that my amount had been deducted from prev account but never credited to new account. Can anyone please help?

My last employer incorrectly marked my date of exit on the EPFO portal which now creates an overlapping employment. Is there anyone who faced this similar problem ? How did you get it rectified? Any help would be great appreciated.

So I was checking my PF balance through SMSing “EPFOHO UAN” to +917738299899. To my surprise, it reflected balance only with current company PF and did not include balance from previous company PF even though I had successfully transferred PF. Is this normal? In previous PF ID I do see everything was withdrawn for transfer request but the same amount I don’t see under the current PF ID. Does that mean the transfer is kept in separate entity which would not reflect in current PF ID? I am kinda scared if there is any chance of losing the previous PF amount. It was getting interest until transfer and now I don’t see that amount nor its interest acquired. Please help me through this concern

I have one week of overlap in my pf history in 2021 , After that I changed 2 firms but didn’t received any background verification notice . But now when I am trying to change my bgv is failing. I have not received salary as well as pf from the firm which I left after a proper communication with hr but doesn’t have any email communication.Need suggestion on this . Thanks

I joined company A and worked there for 3 Years. Now I have switched and joined company B. EPF has two accounts. One for company A and one for company B. Now the problem is when I try to merge both the accounts it rejects my request as my basic salary in Company A was greater than 15000 and irrespective of that company A made a contribution in EPS (Employer Pension Scheme). Now without closing the EPS account from Company A there is no way to merge the EPF account. When I contacted company A, they said they don't have any solution for this problem it's been 10 months with the same issue. Any suggestions/solutions???

Hey, I graduated in June’21 , and joined a company but then I got a better opportunity and joined another company in December’21 and resigned from my current company in December’21. But the new company wanted immediate joining and I had to join the new one and I was also serving notice in period in previous company. So this led to 2 months overlap in my epfo history which is now affecting my BGV when I am trying to switch. Please help the fellow lady techie, as I have no idea what to do :(

I am a 2024 grad. I got to know that my org has 3 month notice period. I have talked with 2-3 seniors, I got to know that they don't let go before 3 months and don't offer buy out. The CTC is not that good also (8.3 LPA). My background - new IIT CSE, 500+ question on leetcode, knight in leetcode, specialist in codeforces, have projects in go backend, intership in spring boot, sql tech stack. Had to take this offer as I didn't cheat in on campus placement and less companies were visiting my campus. My job location is in Chennai, I have done internship there. I do not like the weather there and my org says that I have to go there only. I want to do a early switch(weather+low ctc). Many peeps from WITCH do switch despite having 3 month notice period. Can someone guide me what to do in this situation. Do I have no other option than staying in this company ? Please enlighten me all software engineers 🙏🏻🙏🏻
