Frustrated from job

feeling like I am literally in the worst phase of my life. Our company is taking ownership of an abroad project and those abroad folks are not supportive or even if they support us then they give little information so that we can't take ownership. so we freshers have to figure out everything, and now even after figuring out, my manager and higher management asks me anything with respect to the product(features, deployment, anything literally- it's a big & complex project) even though I am a fresher and don't even have the proper knowledge and then ask us to explain to them what we know, and it's literally frustrating to explain to every single guy every single time. Because the manager asks to prepare to explain to him and then to the higher manager and then whenever something is there they keep asking again and again to give a presentation or our ideas about it, but they don't even ask abroad folks when they are the one who is doing the work. I just feel like I can't keep up with this and I want to resign. How to say no to the manager for doing a particular work again and again or should I resign because I am feeling very low right now and still after 1 year it looks like I have wasted the time because I got to write code for maybe 5% and 90-95% feels like college presentation. Every time there's something and they ask the same thing 3-4 times, sometimes it would be give the x info or then y info and like this only and because of that i can't do the real work or work on new features because the Indian manager and higher officials keep giving extra work which they should ask from US folks. What should I do please suggest

Pay disparity in my startup.

I'm working as a Frontend developer (SDE-1) with 1.5yoe, I joined this startup 4 months back. Earlier I was getting paid 9lpa and later I was offered 12lpa without even asking for my previous compensation. I accepted because my earlier organisation was very toxic. Now coming to the point, I came to know that for the same level and same role they're paying 16+lpa. And this is making me mad at them. Within 3 months I'm handling 1 of their 2 products (customer facing) all alone. And I'm doing great work tbh (not boasting) but if they have 10 major features. I have developed 4 of them all alone, solved really critical down time bugs and improved the product. Now I own this product and if any bugs come, I'm the person who's assigned the work. I want to have a chat with the Founder but I'm not sure what to say and he's a guy who will try to save the money at all costs. I'm really mad at this point of time and I'm planning to leave in a few months. If I have a chat with him and he says something harsh, I will resign then and there I'm triggered to this level. And there was no kind of appreciation from them, I'm taking most tickets during the sprints and delivering quality code, communicating well and thinking in terms of product, if there is anything which can be improved I ask from them. How do I have a chat with him and what do I say? Current CTC - 12lpa Expected CTC - 16 - 20lpa YOE- 1.5 (planning to have the call around 3-4 months later), so I will be almost 2 yoe by then.

TCS

Why never join TCS thread<1>

I joined TCS as a 10 year experienced professional in Railroad Domain. I was hired for a railroad domain project and much to my surprise they had a big account in the same domain with people not having any experience in it. They claimed projects faking profiles. I was put on a system integration testing review wherein already another person was working having no clue about it as he was from oil and gas domain. I explained him understand the domain and completed the project. Second project was to work on Safety critical project for 1200 requirements. The team had 4 experienced people from other domain who resigned within a month and then all fresher's were put in. The lead without any experience of the work we were doing gave an estimate of 3 months without even consulting me. He was doing false reporting and claiming that 70% of the work was done to client. Client was already unhappy with the quality of work and they even escalated and were not happy with the false reporting status. The lead resigned and then I was asked to lead the team. I trained the people on the domain and even the basics of testing to the extent wherein I used to dictate even the test case description to fresher's in the team. As it was completely python automation, I had to even tell the team how to separate code test wise and how to parameterize functions for common lines of code. I reviewed everyone's artifacts before they checked in. I used to prepare them before client reviews how to explain the work to clients and answer client's queries in review calls. I asked my manager that it is difficult to manage here with so many fresher's and asked them for atleast 1 or 2 more domain experienced people which was rejected saying testing can be done by anyone and that even h e can explain requirement to anyone. He did not even knew what work we were doing. Everyday spent 3-4 hours on calls with teams helping them debug failures and complete their work.
