For a Non Engineering background, what's the best strategy to get into tech?

Have a sister who's finished her Master's in Pharmacy, now she's more interested to get into tech rather than her own domain mainly because of the current salaries and growth in Pharma is quite small

So what would be a recommended path for such people, let's say to get a job in the next 6 months
