How can I find freelance roles as a PM? Took fellowships, participated in a few teardowns, created a decent portfolio I believe, currently doing part of product work at my company (23 F Bengaluru).

Nobody is gonna hire an APM with 1 year of experience as a freelancer. Hell no one's gonna hire me as a freelancer.
Plus PM is a field where freelancing is difficult. You need to work extremely closely with everyone in the company to build some great product. Haven't seen any Product leader do freelancing stuff.
