For a fresher, unless he can working without any training and contributw to business from day 2.. i think only food and small stipend for living expenses should be paid.
If it's only about sustaining then even 4lpa will do, but you'll not be able save anything significant
Maccha that my cook earns atleast 10 cr otherwise you won't be able to pay the deposit of your flat
