Graduating froma 3rd tier college in July 2025 . Any tips so that I can get a 10 LPA job in any product company .I have a offer from a service base company (3 LPA) But I want a good salary job because I will be alone earner in my family. Also my college is not getting any good companies. The average package is between 3-6 LPA no more that that. I want to learn from scratch in any field that would Land me a good job . I just know python as programming language . Please tell me more technologies to learn and anything important skills to learn too.

Im sorry this may sound rude but I have seen so many questions here asking how can I land high paying job. First question you should ask yourself is why should anyone give you high paying job? Like what are you bringing to the table that someone should pay you 10/20 or 50LPA.
If you have good internships at PBCs or some Hackathon wins under your belt than you can apply to the companies you think will pay what you want. People who are paid high amount straight out of college are either from colleges with good placements or the work hard to get such a placements.
Now looking at your question it seems you yourself aren’t sure what you want then how can someone guide you?
I would request you to figure which direction you want to go in like tech, banking, finance etc and then upskill in that area. This approach of I want a high paying job in any field wont land you any where.
Once again I am sorry if this sounds rude to you but your question sounds like you want everything to be served readymade for you.
Like a secret spell someone tells you and next day you will have 10lpa job. Sadly doesn’t work that way my friend. You have to do the ground work. People here can just share their learnings/opinion.
Nope. That doesn't sound rude to me. TBH I was in CyberSecurity domain for last 3 years . I participated in many ctf from companies like KPMG, Deloitte and even many college level CTFs. But my main issue is that my college doesn't even have a partner who gives employment for cybersec domain students. That's why from last 1 year I started practicing coding. I even cracked low level coding placements companies like TCS and Accenture. But my main issue is with their salary. I am at a point where quitting all this and end this game( definitely not suicide). I Don't even have a direction or guide and my college mentees are hopeless. The TPC cell brings any company. Like eg they recently bought the job of HR for recruiting the drivers for zepto.( Point to be noted this is a engineering college). That's why I asked this question on this platform. Maybe give a hope of light in the storm.
