Loosing respect for the companies which are laying off the freshers. I thing it is the worst thing which can happen in an industry.
Ola and Amazon have fired freshers very recently. Any other companies which had done this?

Nothing new. A bunch of us were thrown out 4 months in as freshers during the 2008 financial crash.
But laying off top management people with families is even worse. Some will be the only bread earners for their families.
